When the new Østfold Hospital opens in 2015, it will be the largest building (82.000 m2) in Østfold county. Larger than 12 football grounds in comparison and with over 3,000 employees. The building is designed by the architect firms Arkitektgruppen and Cowi.

The building has installed 25 EnwaMatic units that handle both heating and cooling systems.
